In searching through the charm city community, I noticed that a while back you had some rooms available for rent. i know it's a long-shot, but I'm moving to Baltimore in July and looking for some rad people to live with. Anyone that reads catandgirl is obviously rad, so I figured I'd try and see if there's any chance you still had a room available. :)

Well, it looks as if there will definitely be a room available in my place around then (we are finishing two more rooms 'rounds then, so even if no one moves out, there will be)

I actually don't live there full-time anymore, I'm working on a contract in DC, so I moved down there to avoid the commute. But, I'm still up there lots, and my rad friend Ian (http://portablestanzas.livejournal.com/) manages the place for me, and other rad friends of ours live there.

What will you be doin in Balti, and where? How do you feel in a neighborhood that isn't 100% safe? Will you have a car, or need to take public transit?

anyhow, if you're still interested, shoot me an email, karja (at) teracityspace dot com with more about yourself and what you're looking for, and Ian and or myself will get back to you.

Also, if its early enough in July, there is a fantastic view of the 4th fireworks from the roof ...
